Currently, the University offers the Printing Management Service for PAS\/PDI staff of the UMH<\/strong>. By default, PAS\/PDI have permissions to use the printers of the Centralized Printing Service, imputing the costs to the Organizational Unit(s) to which they belong. To do this, once the printers are configured on the computer, before printing, the Organizational Unit to which the printing cost will be charged must be selected.<\/p>\n

GROUPS WITHOUT PERMISSIONS<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Sometimes, PAS\/PDI staff who need to print have to charge the cost to a different Organizational Unit than the one they belong to, or other groups such as interns, collaborators, or external companies do not have default permissions to print. For these people to be able to print and charge the costs to an Organizational Unit, the heads of these units must grant them the necessary permission.<\/p>\n

Below are the steps that the head of an Organizational Unit must follow to grant printing permissions, charging the costs to their Unit.<\/p>\n

        Fecha Fin \u2013<\/strong>Indicate the date until which you want the person to have printing permission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Once the permission is active, the person must install the printer from \\eprinterw01.umhnet.es by double-clicking on the name of the printer they wish to use.<\/p>\n
