Regular hours
Monday through Friday, from 08:00 h to 18:30 h.

Summer hours
From June 1 through September 30, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 h to 15:00 h.

Closure periods: Service availability during August and the Easter and Christmas holiday periods depends on the work calendar.

You can contact the CAU by phone or submit an incident or request online so we can register it and assign it to the appropriate technical team.

In-person support

Our main office is located in the Hélike Building on the Elche campus. If you need in-person support, please schedule an appointment in advance.
