How to request the installation of a new network point

The request for a new network point must be made through the UMH Telephone Management application. The person responsible for the organizational unit can access this application from their identified access.
The request must include the following information:
- GIS code of the room where the new network point will be installed.
- Number of points to be installed.
- Contact person and phone number for inquiries.
Prior to installation, IT Infrastructure Service personnel will visit to review the installation and assess the need for the point.
