To access the answering machine service, we need an access code.

This code should be changed at least once, here we show how to do it.

Detailed guide

1. Connect to the voicemail using the programmed key on our telephone terminal.
2. It will ask us to enter our personal identification number followed by the pound key.
3. Once inside the service, we will follow the following options path:
   • “Configuration options”
   • “Preferences”
   • “To change personal identification number”
4. We will listen to the instructions to change the personal identification number, and follow the indicated steps.
