The welcome message as well as other configuration parameters are set from the voicemail configuration options. To access the menu, we must follow these steps:

1. Connect to the voicemail using the programmed key on our telephone terminal.
2. It will ask us to enter our personal identification number followed by a pound sign.
3. Once inside the service, we will follow the following options path:
   • “Configuration options”
   • “To change greetings”
   • “To record greetings in European Spanish”
   • “To edit other greetings”
4. We must select the greeting we want to modify from the following options:
   • “Usual greeting”
   • “Non-working hours greeting”
   • “Alternative greeting”
   • “Busy greeting”
   • “Internal calls greeting”
   • “Holiday greeting”
5. In each option, we will hear the options to re-record the message. We will follow the steps indicated in the voice prompt.
