The @miumh accounts, as well as their associated tools, will always be available free of charge to members of the Miguel Hernández University community. UMH reserves the right to temporarily or permanently interrupt the Office 365 service depending on changes that may arise in the agreement signed with Microsoft or even in a possible termination or migration of the provider.

Users must make correct and loyal use of this website, refraining from carrying out any actions that may cause damage or harm to Miguel Hernández University, either in its image or in the elements that support the website, understanding these as the files stored on it, which must be owned by the provider or have the appropriate permission to do so. The Information Technology infrastructure of Miguel Hernández University is for the exclusive use of tasks authorized by the University. Therefore, when required by a legal requirement, by the needs of the information responsible body, or for emergency reasons, the University may carry out audits on this service.

The University is not responsible for data loss or system failures, recommending that alternative backups be made. Likewise, the University will deactivate user accounts that engage in conduct or activities that violate current regional and national laws, with the user of the service being responsible for the consequences that may arise from such actions.
