Group and personal network units are disk storage spaces that the University makes available to its users to facilitate the sharing of documents for a workgroup and individual use respectively, in order to facilitate the performance of their job functions. The Service of Innovation and Technological Planning is responsible for maintaining these disk spaces on central equipment, managing security against attacks, unauthorized access, viruses, availability, and recovery of information in case of deterioration, deletion, or loss, as daily backups are performed.
