How to add or remove applications from the desktop in the identified access
When you enter your identified access, the first thing that will be displayed is your desktop, where you can see the applications that form it and to which you want quick access. This list of applications is configurable, so you can add or remove the ones you want. Below is the customization process:
- Click on the gear icon located at the top right of the screen.

- In the dropdown menu, select “Custom Desktop” and click the “Modify Desktop” button.

- After doing this, you will see a new button called “Add/Remove Applications” on your desktop; you need to select it to continue the process.

- A window will now appear where you can check or uncheck to show or hide applications on your desktop.

- Once you have made the desired changes, click the “Confirm” button and then “Save“.
