Welcome UMH student!

From the CAU team, we have prepared this article to guide you at the beginning of this new stage. The objective of this article is for you to know what Information and Communication Technology services UMH offers to students.

Wifi Connection on Campus

Any UMH student will have wifi connection on all campuses and university buildings.

The easiest way to configure access to the University’s wifi network is to use the Eduroam automatic configuration service.

We have guides to configure the connection manually and very easily, both for Android and IOS users.

Google Account

As a UMH student, you are assigned a Google account with all its advantages.

It is very easy to know what your email account is. To access your Google email, you must access the “student email” section within your identified access. You will be directed to the inbox of your goumh email.

Office 365

Through the Office 365 portal, students, teachers, researchers, and administrative staff can use Office applications in the cloud and on their mobile devices, as well as have online storage and file sharing.

Remote Desktop

We have a Virtual Desktops platform with the software used for practice. Each student or teacher will see a desktop depending on the faculty they belong to.

Antivirus

If you are a UMH student, we offer you the download of Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security (WINDOWS). Under CAMPUS license.

Cype Software

Thanks to the contract that UMH has with the company Cype, students of the UMH Polytechnic School can have the campus version of Cype Software for free.

Autodesk Education

Autodesk Education offers students, teachers, and educational institutions free access to most of its products.

Virtual Campus

The UMH Virtual Campus provides teachers and students with a tool to conduct online teaching.

Software Download
