How to Manage Your Open Tickets in the UMH Ticketing Application
It is possible to access the tickets we have reported in the application to track them, add comments, or cancel them if necessary. To do this, we select “My Incidents” from the side menu.
By selecting the option, we will access our list of tickets. On this screen, we can search for them by text, status, or even creation date.

At the bottom of the screen, we will see the latest reported tickets. We can add or view comments by clicking on the ticket title or the “View Ticket” button.
