How to Report an IT Support Ticket
To report a problem or make an IT request to the User Support Center (CAU) of the Miguel Hernández University, we can directly access the Ticketing tool using the following link:
It is also possible to access the service from the “Incident Management” utility, which can be found in our identified access (logged-in area).

Once you have accessed the service, expand the “User Support Center (CAU)” tree that you will find in the “Unit” section.

After selecting the desired option, the corresponding form will appear, which you must duly complete to create your assistance request. If you need the approval of your supervisor/manager, you can do so from “Add Supervisor” (or “Add Responsible Person“).
